How the Application Process Works

2. Submit an Enquiry

Contact the RAYLAV team to confirm availability and request further information about the property.

3. Arrange a Viewing

Schedule a convenient property viewing with a RAYLAV representative. This allows you to inspect the home and ask questions before applying.

4. Complete Your Application

If you decide to proceed, complete the rental application form and provide the requested supporting documents.

5. Tenant Screening

RAYLAV reviews each application carefully. Screening may include identity verification, proof of income, employment confirmation, references and previous tenancy history.

6. Application Approval

Successful applicants receive confirmation together with the proposed tenancy terms, payment requirements and next steps..

7. Sign the Tenancy Agreement

Review and sign the tenancy agreement. Our team will explain the important terms and answer any questions before completion.

8. Move Into Your New Home

Once the required payments and documentation are complete, we arrange the key handover and provide the information needed for a smooth move-in.
